Scientology Teaches People Rude Behavior, Bad Manners

When I was "in" Scientology, I noticed many Scientologist had very bad manners. Now I, in no way, shall claim to be the queen of manners, but I will at least try, most of the time.

As I got higher and higher on "The Bridge to Total Freedom" in Scientology, I found the OT's were plain snotty, exclusive, nasty --and that is what I got into Scientology to get away from.

(I'd grown up in a great town, Park Ridge, Il, but my parents moved, when I was a teen, to Lake Forest, IL--one of the wealthiest suburbs in the US -- filled with rich, snotty, unhappy people, in my view).

I even turned myself into "Ethics" to ask "What is going on here? These people are SO rude and the opposite of what I thought "OT" was". Their response, at the Flag Land base, Scientology's top area?

"We don't know what is going on, we've noticed it too, and we don't know what to do, either. We *think* it's because their exchange is out" (Meaning they didn't do enough, which is bullshit as most worked very hard, and helped Scientology).

The truth? Scientology by Hubbard in C of S at least makes rude people.

Which is why on this newsgroup you now see their latest tactic:

Before and after each post. That's an intention to slime ARS.

I was told, when I was in, "We just want to slime ARS to a point where NO ONE will want to read it".

Is that a mannerly thing to do? Hell no. Is it good and kind?

Nope. Is it mafia-like --- Stopping Free speech, in my book, the way they do it, IS mafia-like and that IS Scientology, at least in the organization called the "Church"of Scientology.
